Palm oil is high in saturated fats, which can increase levels of bad cholesterol in the body and contribute to heart disease. Consuming too much palm oil can also lead to weight gain and obesity. It is important to consume palm oil in moderation and opt for healthier alternatives whenever possible. **

Palm oil itself is not harmful to health when consumed in moderation as part of a balanced diet. However, the issue arises when palm oil is heavily processed and used in many packaged and processed foods, which can contribute to an unhealthy diet high in saturated fats. I create designs by first understanding the client's needs and vision for the project. I then conduct research to gather inspiration and ideas, which I use to sketch out initial concepts. After receiving feedback, I refine the design, paying close attention to details such as color, typography, and layout. Finally, I use design software to bring the concept to life and deliver a final product that meets the client's expectations. **
